Press releases Cost of Capital Application 2009 Interim Tolls On December 16, 2008, the National Energy Board decided, by Order TGI-05-2008, to approve the TQM Pipeline proposed 2009 Interim tolls, based on the terms of a three-year Partial Settlement which was approved by the Board on September 4, 2008. 2008 Interim Tolls On December 20, 2007, the National Energy Board decided, by Order TGI-04-2007, to approve the TQM Pipeline proposed 2008 Interim tolls, based on the terms of a three-year Partial Settlement that was filed with the Board on November 19, 2007. 2007 Interim Tolls On December 7, 2006, the National Energy Board decided to maintain TQM Pipeline's 2006 tolls as interim effective January 1, 2007, by Order TGI-02-2006. 2006 Tolls On November 3, 2006, by Order TG-09-2006, the National Energy Board approved TQM Pipeline's 2006 final transportation tolls, as filed. 2006 Interim Tolls On December 21, 2005, the National Energy Board decided to maintain TQM Pipeline's 2005 tolls as interim effective January 1, 2006, by Order TGI-04-2005. > Archives Press Releases - 1999-2005
