TQM Pipeline (« Company ») operates a natural gas pipeline network in the Province of Québec between Saint-Lazare, located West of Montréal, and Saint-Nicolas, located on the South Shore of Québec City, and between Lachenaie, located East of Montréal, and East Hereford on the New Hampshire border. The Company renders natural gas transportation services through such network.

The Company also provides a Transportation and Storage Service downstream of
Saint-Maurice, a Storage Gas Transportation Service from Pointe-du-Lac and from
Saint-Nicolas and a Biogas Transportation Service from Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier in the Province of Québec.

The Gas Transportation Tariff sets forth the tolls, terms and conditions applicable to the services provided by the Company.

EBI Bio - Environnement Inc. Biogas Transportation Service Agreement dated June 28, 2002	To transport biogas from Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier to Gaz Métro's delivery points, pursuant to BGT Toll Schedule.
Gaz Métro Storage Gas Transportation Service Agreement dated February 13, 1990	To transport storage gas from Pointe-du-Lac to Trois-Rivières and, for any excess volumes, to points downstream of Trois-Rivières, and to transport volumes of gas received at the Saint-Nicolas receipt point to points upstream of Saint-Nicolas, pursuant to Toll Schedule SGT-SCGM.
Gaz Métro Transportation and Storage Service Agreement dated March 17, 1987	To store and transport gas between Saint-Maurice and points downstream of Saint-Maurice on the system, pursuant to Toll Schedule TS-SCGM.
TransCanada PipeLines Service Agreement dated January 25, 1982	To transport gas from Saint-Lazare to various points on the system, pursuant to Toll Schedules T-1 and OT-1.
