  • On December 14, 2000, by Order TG-8-2000 (corrected on December 21, 2000), the National Energy Board approved TQM Pipeline's application as filed.

  • 1999 Tolls ApplicationOn July 26, 2000, TQM Pipeline applied to the National Energy Board, under Part IV of the National Energy Board Act, for new transportation tolls to be effective on January 1, 1999.

    On August 31, 2000, by Order TG-6-2000, the National Energy Board approved TQM Pipeline's application as filed.
  • 1998 Tolls ApplicationThe 1998 Tolls Application reflects the provisions of the Multi-Year Tolls Agreement that TQM Pipeline has negotiated with its Interested Parties. This Agreement, approved by the National Energy Board, forms the basis for the calculation of TQM Pipeline's revenue requirement for a five-year period from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 2001. It also provides for a yearly tolls application procedure to be followed during the term of the Agreement.

    For 1998, TQM Pipeline requested the approval by the National Energy Board of a net revenue requirement of 63.5 million dollars, a decrease of 3.7% from the 1997 approved net revenue requirement, and an average rate base of 294.1 million dollars. A rate of return on rate base of 9.79%, reflecting a rate of return on common equity of 10.21% determined by the National Energy Board in accordance with its RH-2-94 Reasons for Decision, was used for the calculation of the revenue requirement.
